80 In the game Grounded, making it through the dangerous garden means knowing where to put your base. With each new update, the map and features of Grounded are changed, making the already deep survival experience even better. Every new piece of material adds new ways to play, but the choice of where to put your base hasn’t changed much. There are still great options for a good start. In Grounded, there are a few things to think about when picking a place for your base: how close it is to resources, how safe it is from angry bugs, and how you may want to move your base as you move through the different parts of the map. Here are some of the best base sites in Grounded and what sets them apart. If you leave your food on the ground, ants will eat it. Either build high to keep ants away or put shelves down to keep food safe. At a study station, look at as many things as you can. This will help you make better things for building. Try out the different things you can build with in the game. In the beginning of the game, grass and stem are the most popular building materials, but there are a lot more to choose from. Build furniture to raise your happiness level and get access to more things you can craft for your home. The Oak Fence There are spider nests all over the Oak Fence, which can scare you away fast. If you’re brave and can spot a good chance, you’ll quickly see that it’s a great place to set up a base. One could say that other places have the same benefits with a lot less risk, but what’s life without a little risk? If you want to get some rarer loot and parts, the Oak Fence is the best place to build a base. However, you will be surrounded by danger on all sides. Patio When making a base, it’s often easier if the place has natural walls that make up most of the structure. This lets you build on top of it and worry mostly about safety and structure instead of starting from scratch with the base. This is set up in the shady patio area in the south of the map, which also has multiple cubbies for group play. It is close to both mushrooms and dandelions. Mushrooms can be a great source of food, while dandelions can be used to build walls and frames. The Bird Bath Grounded is all about changing your point of view and giving you a new way to look at things. The Bird Bath is a place where you can get water and berries, but it can also be used as a good vantage point from which to look around. It is in the southeast corner of the map, right before you enter the brush of the Hedge. The base of the Bird Bath is a great place to start building a high-fantasy tower if you want to make something like a castle. Flat Large Stone It wouldn’t be so hard to come up with ideas for a Grounded base if the yard wasn’t so uneven, but there are some choices. If you’re looking for a good place to build a base in Grounded, go to the group of big rocks in the northwest of the map. There, you’ll find a huge rock that you can use as a foundation. You can’t find this much flat space anywhere else on the Grounded map. But you have to pay for it by being far from the main research center. But because it’s above the ground, you won’t have to worry about bugs getting in. The Reliable Baseball The Baseball is one of the first big landmarks you’ll find. It has a large, mostly flat area for building on. In the beginning of the game, swarms of ants will be one of your biggest fears. Especially if you make them mad by killing too many of them. Building on top of the Baseball is a good idea because it gives you height and is close to a lot of resources. Like one of the big juice boxes, which can be used to make water drops early in the game. It’s also close to the first Field Station. Which makes it easy to analyze things at the start of the game. The large stem that goes up to the baseball is the only way to get to it. This makes it easy to get to and also good for protecting against insect attacks. South Of The Mysterious Machine Just south of the Mysterious Machine is probably one of the best places to set up a Grounded base. There is a big raised area surrounded by a rocky cliff that is perfect for a starting base or a large base that will last you until the mid-game. This area is near the spawn point and safe from most aggressive creatures on the map. It has everything you need to live, like a juice box, and is in the middle of the map. You just need to get rid of the grass roots, and you’ll have a lot of space to build. There are several places with platforms that could be used as bases. Close To The Oak Tree A wooden fence next to the Oak Tree is one of the best places to build a base in Grounded. You’re close to BURG.L, the friendly robot who will give you tasks. And you can get plenty of water early on from a can and a juice box. The Oak Tree is full of Spiders and Stinkbugs. So this might not be the best place for a new player to build a base. Because of their deadly attacks, stinkbugs are especially dangerous to new spawns. This spot is right in the middle of the map. So it’s easy to get to all the interesting places in the park. Around The Pond Around the pond, there are several places that are good for big bases. The smooth, flat rocks make a great base for a big, spreading stem megabase. But you need to pick the right spot. Different insects live in different parts of the area around the pond. Spiders and beetles are more likely to be found in the west. While Mosquitos will attack you as soon as they see you in the northwest corner of the map. It’s better to stay near the Oak Tree in the middle of the pond. There are fewer offensive bugs, and you can still use all of the new water resources that were just added to the game. By The Coffee Pot You won’t have to go here until much later in Tunnel Rush game, but it’s one of the best places to base yourself in Grounded. The place is way up in the northeast corner of the map, almost at the top. Even though this spot isn’t exactly in a corner. It is easy to scout from and gives you many benefits when defending your base. But this spot is hard to get to from the rest of the map, so you should spend some time making zip lines that will make it easy to get to and from this small coffee table. Even though your other bases will be a part of the choice. You should try to build a link from here to the middle of the map for the best coverage. In The Hedge The Hedge has gotten a lot of attention from Grounded’s updates. There are lots of creatures to see and supplies to gather there, which makes a base in the Hedge a good idea. Be careful, though, because some of the animals here, like maggots and spiders, can be hard to deal with. The best way to get over the hedge is to use the sticks and twigs that lead up to the big tree roots. A high base keeps you safe from the monsters below, looks cool. And gives you access to resources and a big fight nearby. Be careful not to go too far into the Hedge by chance. Along the twisting branches of the hedge, you will finally come across the Broodmother’s home. It’s deep in the Hedge, so it shouldn’t be a problem, but there is an enormous spider’s lair close. Near The Sandbox Even though it is in the southwestern part of the map, the Sandbox is a great place that is close to more than you might think. This is without a doubt one of the best places to set up a base in Grounded. It’s close to the picnic table, a bee colony, Antlions, and a few other important creatures that can be used to make armor and other useful gear. You can find a lot of cool things in the Sandbox itself, like a chest with a Milk Molar and the Water Logged Recipe inside. Make some ponchos to protect yourself from the heat. And then take advantage of all this great place has to offer. gamesGrounded 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail Uneeb Khan Uneeb Khan CEO at blogili.com.
