• Has experienced interior water leaks over the previous year.
• The floor has holes in it.
• It has open fissures that are broader than a dime.
• Has a peeling paint area greater than eight by 11 inches.
• Rats have been sighted in the flat recently.

1. Housing instability:

The ratio of annualized housing expenditures to annual income is known as the housing affordability ratio. Different income-based assessments employ a variety of cutoff points. Still, most organizations use the 30% or 50% criterion, which designates someone as housing insecure if they spend more than 30% or 50% of their yearly salary on housing, respectively.
