Electrification

Plumbing Work

All piping shall be of PPRC as per plumbing drawings for cold and hot water. All water lines inside the bathroom and kitchen to be concealed. Hot water piping for each washroom and each washroom and kitchen are checked by the analogue pressure gauge for any kind of leakage.

Plaster Work

All internal/external plaster work on walls shall be 1:4 cement and sand mortar and ceiling with 1:3 mortar.. Plaster mortar will be made by sand of chenab and cement. All main holes and septic tanks will be plastered with a mixture of think terrazzo, sand and cement.

Sewerage

All drain pipes in walls will be fixed as shown in drawings or as per on-site requirements. Main sewerage pipe shall be 6” maximum placed on well-compacted PCC surface. All main holes to be made in 4 ½” thick brick masonry, terrazzo/chips mixed internal plaster. Maximum size of manholes will be 3x2x2. Septic tank shall be as shown in the architectural drawings finished with terrazzo plaster.
