What is it like?


The sky’s about to get bluer with China Blue World Water Theme Park, an exciting new attraction coming soon to Guangzhou. This spectacular tourist attraction is part of China Blue World City, a sprawling public-private entertainment complex on reclaimed land off Zhujiang Avenue East near Baiyun Airport. It’s being developed in collaboration with world-renowned Guangzhou Haisan Amusement Technology & Co. Ltd., which has created more than 400 similar attractions around China and abroad over its 50-year history. The centerpiece of China Blue World Water Theme Park is its main attraction: a stunning 18-story manmade lake complete with thousands of tons of blue seawater and dozens of spacious viewing galleries.

When does it open?


It’s already open. The key is in starting your own family tradition: Get out on the town with your kids and check out what has become one of Beijing’s premiere tourist attractions. With more than 50 rides and attractions, there are bound to be some that thrill even your youngest children—and maybe even you too. The best part about it? Most visitors agree that it’s easy on their wallet as well! Grab a season pass for about $30 and head over for an afternoon (or stay all day if you like). There are plenty of things for everyone to enjoy here—even if you aren’t into waterslides, wave pools or kiddie rides.
