• Sandhan Valley Trek

Sandhan Valley is situated in the lap of the Sahyadri mountain range adjoining the Western Ghats of Maharashtra. In this valley, the Sandhan valley track is built, located in the village of Samrad, on the banks of a beautiful area, Bhandardara. The sandman way is situated near Ahmednagar, about 90 km from Nashik. It takes about 5 hours to complete this track, and it is built in a 200 feet deep valley. There is no best time to trek to this place. You can go trekking anytime throughout the year, but tourists come here less due to the high temperature in summer. Trekking here in the monsoon is delightful and memorable. Among the tourist places around Ahmednagar, Sandhan Valley is most famous for trekking. Every year tourists from all over the country and abroad come here for trekking.

• Ratangad Fort

The fort of Ratangarh has located about 3 km from the Sandhan valley. This fort is situated in Ratanwadi, where people come for the Shiva temple. Tourists like to go here in the monsoon. It is located at Ratanwadi, 6 km from Ahmednagar district, about 180 km from Pune.

The best time to come here is between October to December. There is also a Ratangarh trek, which takes about 4 to 5 hours to climb, but you feel different energy on reaching the peak. If you are a tourist and have only come to visit Ratangarh Fort, you can get other resorts or hotels at a reasonable price within 5 kilometers here. Monsoon is the best time to see it here.

• Bhandardara

If you want to see the culmination of the beauty of nature, then you must come to Bhandardara. Bhandardara is famous for its greenery. Athar Lake and Wilson Dam are the major attractions here. The best time to visit here is in the monsoon, from July to September, when you get to see the immense beauty of nature. The temperature here remains between 20 degrees to 30 degrees, which is the best time for tourists. Bhandardara is a small village, about 160 km from Pune, famous for its greenery. This hill station is suitable for everyone, whether a single man or a whole family group.

• Amruteshwar Temple

An Amriteshwar temple is situated in Ratanwadi village, about 5 km from Sandhan Valley. This is a Shiva temple that is about 12 years old. It is believed that this temple was built by King Jhanj of the Shilahara dynasty of the ninth century. After the king’s death, this fort was named after his son Ratan Singh

About 140 km from Mumbai, this temple is full of Shiva devotees. The walls and ceiling of this temple are magnificent and attractive. Ratanwadi village is famous because of this temple. However, it is difficult to reach here due to its high altitude. 

• Alang-Madan-Kulang (AMK) Trek

Alang Madan Kulang track is situated in the lap of the Kalsubai range of Sahyadri in Nashik district near Mumbai. This truck is also famous for rock climbing and camping. And if you are ready for trekking, you have to leave early in the morning to reach your destination before dark. About 60 km from Nashik district is about 4000 feet high, which takes about 4 to 5 hours to complete. If you are fond of tracking, then you can also track here.

Alang Fort, Ratangarh Fort, Shiva temple, or any other natural site are all more attractive than one.
