[Nishita]: Thank you very much! It’s an honor to be here and share my experiences and views with everyone.

Q:  Your journey, Nishita, sounds amazing. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what prompted you to become a life coach, author, and evangelist for empowerment?

Nishita: Of course! I’ve always had a strong desire to help others as I was growing up. I think that everyone has unique talents and strengths, and my purpose has always been to assist people in recognizing and utilizing these qualities. I found fulfillment in my career as a marketing professional, but I felt a called to do something more profound—to make a significant difference in people’s lives. This inspired me to become a qualified life coach and go on a journey of empowerment through coaching, writing, and spreading love and kindness.

Q: Your commitment to empowering others is absolutely inspirational. How would you characterize your coaching style and the underlying concept that drives your work?

Nishita: My coaching style is based on optimism, motivation, and a genuine desire to see people achieve. I am a great believer in the power of self-love, self-care, and personal development. My concept is based on inspiring others to accept their authenticity, find their purpose, and live their lives to the fullest. People can overcome challenges and live a purpose-driven life by aligning actions with desires and letting go of limiting beliefs. I seek to share important insights, practical counsel, and heartfelt experiences that motivate and inspire others to go on their own journeys of personal growth and self-discovery through my coaching sessions and publications.

Q:  It is apparent that you are having a tremendous impact on the lives of everyone you come into contact with. Let us now turn our attention to your award-winning book, “Overwhelmed to Empowered.” may you tell us a little bit more about the book and what readers may expect from it?

Nishita: “Overwhelmed to Empowered” is a life-changing book that serves as a thorough guide to personal development and empowerment. Furthermore, my life coaching qualification has given me the ability to provide tailored counsel and support to individuals on their growth journeys. Combining these abilities enables me to connect with people on a deeper level and make a meaningful and long-lasting difference in their lives.

Q: Your effort and passion are admirable. Is there anything more you’d like to say to our readers before we wrap up?

Nishita: I want to inspire everyone to embrace their individuality and believe in their natural ability. Each of us has the ability to affect positive change in our own lives as well as the lives of others.
