This is the kind of landscaping that you can see in residential areas. Institutional landscaping usually includes lots of flowers, plants, lawns, shrubs and trees. In institutional landscaping, some people call it ‘beautification’. Private property landscaping is usually used to beautify a house. In this case, it is usually called ‘landscaping’.
