I was definitely guilty of putting work ahead of my personal health in the early stages of my career as a CEO and founder. Simply put, there wasn’t time for a long exercise or nutritious food preparation due to tight deadlines and quarterly targets. 

So how can one fit a productive wellness routine into a hectic business schedule? I’ve discovered throughout the years that by making the three modifications to my lifestyle listed below, I feel stronger and work better both inside and outside of the workplace. I follow the eating pattern known as intermittent fasting (IF), which for me entails fasting for the most of the day and eating for a shorter period of time. Intermittent fasting may be done in a variety of ways, but they all work to provide a regular eating schedule and a time for digestion and repair. You could like a completely different eating pattern, or you might want a more regular sleep routine. Whatever the situation, I strongly advise creating a routine that is reliable and carefully adheres to the clock to make sure your fundamental health demands are satisfied. Your physical energy level and general mental health during the week may be significantly impacted by this.

3. Give your body food.

Last but not least, I’ve discovered that it’s as crucial what I eat as it is when I eat. Prioritizing a better diet may involve some initial study, but once you know what foods to eat and have stocked up on a few nutrient-dense alternatives, you’ll probably find that making the move to a healthy diet is simple to do and has many advantages for your efficiency and optimization.
