Decide on the dimensions of your sign, then draw it out on paper. For example, if you want an 18×12 neon sign, use a sheet of paper with horizontal dimensions of 18×6.

Cut the square in half horizontally with scissors or an x-acto knife.

Fold each half down one time so they resemble the letter V.
