How To Get Every House Upgrade In Sun Haven

by Uneeb Khan

Here are all of the Sun Haven house upgrades!

Since most people who play Sun Haven are gamers who like farming, you probably have enough money to buy all the items you want from farming. Your small house is probably getting full, but how do you make it bigger? You can use so many different kinds of furniture to decorate not only your farm but also the inside of your house.

The more you improve your house, the more room you’ll have for yourself and a special someone. This post will tell you how to upgrade your house in Sun Haven, what the benefits of each one are, and how to get them.

Tier II House Upgrade

The first upgrade is for your Tier II house. To get an update for your house, you have to do two things.

You must first buy an upgrade pass from Emmett in Town Hall, which is open from 8 am to 8 pm. Emmett is in the green stall, where the Tier II House Permit can be bought for 10,000 Gold.

Once you have the permit, you have to use it in a crafting process to be able to make changes to your house. If you don’t already have a Construction Table, you’ll need to make one. Bring 25 Wood Planks and 50 Stones to your standard Crafting Table.

With the Construction Table, you can make changes to your house. You need more materials to make the last upgrade at the building table, so you have to go out and get them. To improve your home, you need to gather a lot of wood and stone.

As shown in the picture above, your first house update will just give you a second room. If you’re married to a non-player character, they won’t show up at your house. Instead, they’ll show up as they walk from your farm to town.

The main reason for this upgrade is to give you more room to decorate. Or more room to store things.

Tier III House Upgrade

Using the same steps, you can buy a Tier III House Permit from Emmett in Town Hall for 30,000 Gold. This is the last update you can make to your Sun Haven home. It costs 30,000 Gold, which may seem like a lot, but you can easily make that amount of Gold by buying a barn.

You can’t make any changes to your Nel’Vari or Withergate house.

They are already improved, which is good. They have plenty of room and extra rooms for you already.

Then, go to the Construction Table and make the Tier III House Upgrade. For the second house update, you will need Hardwood and Heavystone instead of regular wood and stone. You can buy pieces of Hardwood and Heavystone from Harry’s stall right before the Sun Haven mines.

Hardwood comes from tree trunks around Sun Haven that can only be broken with an Adamant axe or better. Large, black rocks that can only be broken with an Adamant pickaxe or higher can give you heavystone.

This last house upgrade will add three more rooms to your house. If you have a Tier III house, your partner will only have one room in your house. From the picture above, you can see that Nathaniel’s room is on the right side of the house.

Your partner will have two extra rooms upstairs and a third room on the ground floor. You won’t be able to sleep in their bed or see them walking around your house. Since Happy Wheels game is still fairly new, the creators want to add more ways to marry an NPC.

You can’t have pets in your house while you’re upgrading it, and for some reason, the game won’t let you improve if you have pets running around. You have to go inside, put them in your inventory or a chest, and then continue with the update. Click on a pet to pick them up.

Actually, upgrading the house is pretty easy. All you have to do is click on your house and make sure that the update you made is in your toolbar and equipped in your hands. Other than letting your partner move in with you, there are no game benefits to upgrading your house.

When it comes to decorating, it’s important to know that you can use furniture from Nel’Vari or Withergate to decorate your Sun Haven home.

If the location of your house no longer works for you, you can tear it down and build it somewhere else. To tear down a house, you need to buy a “Demolition Kit” from Emmett in the Town Hall.

The price of a Demolition Kit is 2,500 Gold. It can be used to take down a house or barn, which goes into your collection and can then be put down wherever you want.
