The gesture is located near a statue of Marika in Bonny Village, and can be found midway through the search for May The Best One Win Gesture, as it is at the end of a fork to the south in Highroad Cross Site of Grace.

Once you reach the ruins, head east and find a cave-in that will take you underground. You will then need to descend carefully to the bottom of the ruins and find a tunnel to the southeast. Following this tunnel, you will see a ladder that you can climb up to Bonny Village.

Once you see Bonny Village Site of Grace, head northeast across the broken bridge and you will find O Mother Gesture next to a headless statue of Marika.
