There are many ways you can participate in National Fitness day, including joining in a fun fitness activity with your friends or family members. Some fitness activities you could partake in are playing sports like volleyball, having a dance party, or even going for a hike. Another way to get fit is by picking up an instrument and making some music, such as on drums, piano, guitar etc. You don’t have to do anything too strenuous though; just find something that fits your interests and jump right in.
