Sheldon Cuffy has bought and sold or partnered in over 100 residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to being a real estate investor, 

Sheldon has owned and operation several real estate service businesses in his time as an entrepreneur. During the heights of the great recession of 2008, Sheldon Cuffy established a short sale negotiation company that assisted distressed homeowners in the New York/ New Jersey Metropolitan area to sell their properties and get out of foreclosure. Other real estate service businesses Sheldon Cuffy has operated includes a real estate brokerage, a real estate investment company and a property management company.

Sheldon Cuffy is a former Diamond Inner Circle member at Scheel Publishing, Inc, a Real Estate group whose members own over 30,000 units of multifamily and 5MM square feet of commercial space in 31 states and 5 countries. He was also a member of a national short sale negotiation group that was responsible for over 2000 real estate transactions between 2008 and 2013.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur over 15 years ago, Sheldon Cuffy also worked at one of the nation’s largest financial institutions as a Financial Analyst. In this role, he acted as a liaison between his employer and his corporate clients and was responsible for analyzing and reporting on the financial strength of businesses with revenues exceeding $700 million.

Other businesses that Sheldon Cuffy has current or prior involvement with as a principal include those in the Finance, Transportation Logistics and e-commerce industries.

Sheldon Cuffy holds a BBA degree with Honors in Accounting and Finance from American Intercontinental University.
